On the Pursuit of Justice and the Realization of Social Harmony

Abstract

Justice is the pursuit of noble values ​​of human society, but it originated from human self-interest and altruism of emotional conflict, the decision of the justice in this case the motive of reciprocity or conditional and the unconditional nature of the system level. Justice has two such properties exist opposite each other and become a human society to establish and maintain basis. The achievement of social harmony depends on the realization of justice, social harmony and justice with the requirements of multi-level: social justice, not only by means of a mechanism to build good order, to achieve social stability, but also by the pursuit of justice, members of the community to achieve people's freedom and harmony. All these not only by means of legal support, and to rely on moral enlightenment
