Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze, in the reports of the temptations of Luke, the fundamentalist reading that the Devil does of Psalm 91.11-12. This is intended to demonstrate the failure of the thought of someone reading the sacred text in a vile or superficial way. This article aims to show the theological thought of Luke to report the episode of the temptations of Christ in his gospel. It also wants to analyze the main features of a stance based on biblical fundamentalism, its history and consequences n the exegetical field and on human relations.
