Abstract

"Gas" in the history of Chinese philosophy, the development of important theoretical concepts, and explain Taoism Taoism is closely related to the push. Pre-Qin Confucianism, Taoism, the case - well, two old, are less words "gas", the "gas" is relatively simple justice. To the Confucian Mencius and Xun and the Taoist "Zhuangzi • to music '," You know the North>, on the "gas" before more; it on the "gas", and "tube" four of a series of Huang-Lao Taoism have Jixia quite the relationship. Meng, Xun and the "tube" four are on the "heart", also to "gas" on the heart, the theory of the text, the content more relevant, "Xunzi • demasking" said intention and with the "tube" four consistency. CD study of the Confucian Mencius, the theory of "Qi" sufficient to support, the practice of moral content, in order to build and enhance for the method, unlike the "tube" four to Taoism clear, quiet, empty, one of the clear , precipitation for the method. "Xunzi • demasking" On the "heart" Suisi "pipe" four of the true, one quiet, its "rule of gas" is due to "Li" and "lead from" the Confucian character. "Chuang Tzu • to music" and to "gas" as things change and life and death of primitive, due to "Chuang Tzu", the miscellaneous papers, after the more I learn, especially Taoism Taoist theory, with the "tube "four of qi accordingly, should be a card. The reason why "Qi" becomes an important theoretical concept in the history of Chinese philosophy is closed related to Huang-Lao Daoists' promotion. The masters of Confucianism and Daoism in the Pre-Qin Period, namely Confucius and Lao Zi, didn't speak so much about "Qi," and the meaning of "Qi" was somewhat modest. It's not until the times of Mencius and Xun Zi, the Confucians, and Zhuang Zi, the Daoist, that these two philosophies started to address more about " Qi, "while their statements about" Qi "were closely related to Huang-Lao Daoists' discourse in the four chapters of Guan Zi. Mencius, Guan Zi and Guan Zi discussed about" Xin " and also addressed the issue of" Qi "from the perspective of Xin. We can find many corresponding texts and arguments among them, and Xun Zi is similar to Guan Zi in the discourse on Xin. Nevertheless, Mencius and Xun Zi are, after all, Confucians, and their arguments are somewhat distinct from those of Zhuang Zi's, who is basically Huang-Lao Daoist
