Philosopher of the Stars

Abstract

Wisdom is often associated with age and an excess of life experience. Sometimes, however, we see that misconception crumble when a young prodigy emerges. Brandon Reece Taylorian, commonly known as Cometan, is the anomaly. He is a twenty-two-year-old British philosopher, religious founder, and novelist who has been enormously influential to the world of philosophy in his young life. Cometan is responsible for founding Astronism as a religion and philosophy, inventing the Spacefaring World franchise, developing thousands of new words, and creating a treatise that would become the longest religious text and one of the largest books in history. In this essay, we will explore who Cometan is, how he has contributed to the world of philosophy, and critique his belief system.
