Abstract
French MA Thesis about the Analysis of rights proposed by Hohfeld. Three points are discussed: first I present Hohfeld's theory, which is almost unknown in French philosophy; second I address the question, Why is Hohfeld's theory "analytical"? I refer to questions about Hohfeld historical context, and compare Hohfeld's work with two conceptions of philosophical analysis (B. Russell and A. Wedberg, a Swedish philosopher); third, I try to set the actual advantages of an hohfeldian theory (refering to law studies, comparative law, and deontic logic). This thesis was written in French.
