Abstract

The article notes that political protest, such as in the Soviet period was totally rejected and could not be the subject of study. Have been developed a common practice against those who disagree with the official way, namely, physical destruction or isolation. Political protest has now become tangential subject of study in domestic science and requires a thorough scientific understanding to develop the concept of interaction, response, and settlement between the state and the subject of the protest and other civil society actors.
