Формування моделі інноваційного розвитку організації як умова процесу соціальних змін

Abstract

The relevance of the research topic is that the problem of introducing innovations and their diffusion is of great importance in modern conditions, since the process of social changes depends on their implementation. The manager should develop stages of introduction of innovations, focus on those agents of change that will be able to introduce innovations into the management process. The goal of the management is to develop a model for the introduction of innovations and expand the boundaries of their implementation, which penetrate all spheres of life - from decision-making to marketing, communications, which determine the process of social change in organizations. The research problem is that for effective management it is necessary to work out reliable mechanisms for overcoming the stagnation of management and transition to a new one - innovative and strategic management, based on the diffusion of innovations and the involvement of more and more people and managers in this process. A hypothesis is advanced that the process of introducing innovations into management practice will strengthen the self-organizing beginning, overcome the instability of organizations and transfer them to a higher quality management level. The task of the research is to analyze the model of the organization's innovative development, which would allow to successfully managing this organization. The research methodology is reduced to a set of methods - system, structural and functional, synergetic, which allow penetrating the essence of innovations, their types and structure, solve organizational problems, introduce innovative technologies and promote the organization to the level of innovative development. The result of the research is the formation of a model of an innovative organization that takes a long time, calculated for certain stage of its progress towards the level of innovation. This model of innovative development of the organization includes the cultivation of innovations as the driving force for the development of the organization, the availability of managers as agents of innovation change, the development of an innovation management model based on innovative technologies and diffusion of innovations at all levels of management.
