    There are increasing calls for rejecting the ‘dead donor’ rule and permitting ‘organ donation euthanasia’ in organ transplantation. I argue that the fundamental problem with this proposal is that it would bestow more worth on the organs than the donor who has them.     Con base en el comentario de santo Tomás a los libros Peri Hermeneias y la Metafísica de Aristóteles, proponemos dos hipótesis: a) existía una traducción al comentario de Severino Boecio a la Metafísica de Aristóteles y b) Boecio no sólo es una autoridad en lógica sino también en prôtè philosophía. Tratamos de mostrar nuestra tesis con textos específicos de los comentarios filosóficos de Aquino.

    Richard of St. Victor is an important figure in the history of scholasticism. In this paper, we will analyze his idea of the person, which he developed for the needs of Triadology. The peculiarity of Richard's point of view is reflected in the attempt to establish the relationship as a key ontological definition of the person.
