В монографии представлены несколько смысловых блоков, связанных с восприятием и интерпретацией человеком исторического бытия. Ранние греческие мыслители пытались получить доступ к исходникам (началам) бытия, и эти интенции легли в основу научного знания, а также привели к появлению метафизики. В классической (и в неклассической) метафизике за основу была принята догма Пифагора и Платона о неизменности подлинной реальности, из чего следовало отрицание бытийного характера времени. Автор монографии отказывается от этой догмы и предлагает стратегию обновления метафизики и перехода ее к новому — постнеклассическому (...) — этапу. Поскольку трансформационный потенциал реальности наиболее явно представлен в историческом становлении, авторская стратегия реализуется в метафизике истории. При этом выявляются начала истории, в каком качестве выступают «дух», «культурно-историческая матрица» и «метафизический проект организации бытия» («онтологический проект»). Исследуются формы и механизмы «работы» человека с прошлым, обсуждаются вопросы, связанные с постижением логики исторического процесса, а также с ролью (творческой) личности в истории. Анализируются причины цивилизационных кризисов и очерчиваются возможные пути их разрешения, предлагается метафизическая интерпретация социальных и военных конфликтов. The article is dedicated to the development of Avicennism in the Ukrainian lands, first of all, in the works of Muslim thinkers who came from the South of Ukraine during the early Modern Era. Giving the importance of the legacy of Ibn Sina (Avicenna) for the Muslim philosophical and theological thought, the question arises of those areas of knowledge that have become common to both approaches. Since ontology of Ibn Sina is meant, in particular the idea of ​​a corresponding gradation (...) of being ("necessary – possible – Impossible"), as well as understanding the very existence as a predicate, both theological and philosophical tradition developed in the direction that was prescribed by the early avicennian commentators. On the basis of the study of the heritage of the Muslim scholars coming from Ukraine (Abu al-Baqa’ al-Kafawi, Muhammad al-Kafawi, Muhammad al-Aqkirmani), the reception of not only "theological avicennicism", but also the works of ibn Sina was adressed. If the initial period (and this is characteristic of the Abu al-Baqa al-Kafawi’s works), Avicennism was considered more descriptively, while the thinkers of the 18th century (Muhammad al-Kafawi and Muhammad al-Aqkirmani) have already made significant efforts to address the corresponding problems that left in “classic Avicennicism" (problem of divine knowledge of infinity, etc.). Based on the relevant manuscripts, some of which are first introduced into scientific circulation, the study makes the following conclusion: the understanding of Avicenism coming from the "Muslim part" of Ukraine as a whole was generall related to the developments in the the Middle Eastern philosophical process of those times. Problem setting. The structure of the legal life phenomenological model, alongside the social experience and legal values, always contains subjective measurements that reflect legal person’s specific features. In particular, the point is in the legal duties, powers and the capability of legal reasoning. Their consideration provides an opportunity to show the integral phenomenological model of law via restored bonds of all its elements, and also enables us to extend the semantic field of social-philosophical aspect of the research through creating theoretical (...) pre-conditions for studying burning issues and specific manifestations of the modern law. Recent research and publications analysis. In phenomenology the person is traditionally recognized as the essential being, while the process of sense generation ensures, inter alia, contextual opportunities to study law. The contemporary experience of the legal person phenomenological understanding may be complemented by the research into the abilities of the legal person as an element of the legal life phenomenological model. Paper aim. This work aims to study the features of the legal person as a structural element of the legal life phenomenological model. Paper results and discussion. The paper shows that the law lifeworld is deeply rooted in social experience. It confirms that owing to the legal person the law lifeworld is constituted and “extended” with interpretations. Its activity as to the given social experience provides grounds to declare the equality of the following modalities: “be the carrier of legal awareness”, “be a legal agent” and “be a recognized and legally protected value”. These theoretical statements enable us to formulate certain social-philosophical issues of legal standing, and outline the ways of their solving. For instance, there is a problem of the symbolic status of a legal entity, found in its relations with the state and citizens; the issue of possible legal person’s recognition as a value in the conditions of his/her minimalized rights and hypertrophy of the legal duties is considered; the nature of a legal conflict and the mechanism of its solution is studied through recognizing the value of various communicative perspectives; it is stated that the differences between the intentional experiences of a legal person and the person with duties are a precondition to form legal nihilism and ignorance. The legal person is also considered in the context of his or her ability to be engaged in the discourse practices, embedded in the mechanisms of interpersonal constitution of senses inherent in the social being. The purpose of the legal discourse in the modern world is defined as a field to identify problems and “tension zones” in the implementation of liberal values and the rule of law. Following the analysis of the approaches to identifying the legal discourse core, its main strategies were discussed: legal discourse is focused on searching and developing socially important topics and sound arguments, confirming positive suggestions for the solving social problems (after J. Habermas); legal discourse implies the use of the power of language to fight against the arbitrary rule, including that of the legitimate power (М. Foucault); the specifics of the legal discourse are in creating linguistic tools and developing the procedures, owing to which legal enforcement is transferred to the speech space (P. Ricoeur). Conclusion. The study showed that the activity of the person who has his or her own legal opinion is in the fact that their generated texts and individual statements are not limited to the formal logical regulations, but are the means of expressing their social experience, the measure of balancing between the person’s claims and his or her social recognition. Based on the standpoint close to that of philosophical functionalism, the paper addresses the history and present state of scientific research on artificial reconstruction of some of the rational thinking functions, and acquisition of valid knowledge of phenomenally given actuality, by way of engineering artificial intelligent automata. Thereby, the author examines the settings of emergence of an attendant basic ontology, and the place of logic in the process of knowing, by intelligent automata and humans, accordingly. Analysis and collations are made (...) by proceeding from the phenomenalistic logic and ontology presupposition in the theory of experience and knowing, as previously detailed by the author. Under this presupposition, the actual is considered temporally ordered facts with attached significance used to order them logically, in reciprocally defining them logical relations as a result of phenomenal statements on their identification and re-identification as such. The paper offers an overview of primary logical and ontological foundations for operation of intelligent automata classed as “expert systems” in their collation with a correspondent model of functionally determined meaningful activity of humans, while making the case for the observation on a sufficient functional parallelism between them, against the background of their noted specifics. By moving on to engineering intelligent automata classed as “machine learning systems” grounded on “connectionism”, prospects for overcoming the deficit of reflexive plasticity in “artificial intelligence”, and the effect of fundamental convergence between the human functional intelligence and an “artificial” intelligence, are clarified. Admitting a demonstrated functional success of such intelligent automata in the functional context, along with their logic being affined to that of humans, the notion of intelligence incurs significant de-humanization. У статті визначено характеристики терміна «дг’яна» в «Йоґа-сутрах» Патанджалі. Досліджено згадки про дг’яну у тексті Патанджалі, показано, що поняття «дг’яна» в «Йоґа-сутрах» вперше отримує виражене філософське обґрунтування, в якому ключову роль відіграє когнітивна складова терміна. Незважаючи на давню історію дослідження «Йоґа-сутр», поняттю дг’яна та його властивостям було приділено мало уваги, що визначає актуальність дослідження. У статті розкрито зміст сутр Патанджалі, що пояснюють властивості дг’яни: ретельно проаналізовано місце дг’яни в досліджуваному тексті, її зв’язок з іншими поняттями, а також її ієрархічне положення. Встановлено, що «Йоґа-сутри» включають у себе не тільки визначення дг’яни, але й описують її функцію по відношенню до свідомості – стійкість до неуважності, що визначає значення дг’яни як практики для збирання свідомості докупи. У результаті аналізу сутр вдалося виявити дві ключові властивості дг’яни щодо свідомості: «інтегруючу» та «трансцендуючу». Дг’яна призводить до стану зібраності свідомості, що є «інтегруючою властивістю» дг’яни як практики щодо протидії неуважності свідомості. Показано, що дг’яна, будучи інструментом подолання «розщеплення» свідомості, проявляє свою «трансцендуючу властивість», що сприяє ускладненню свідомості. Також у коментарі В’яси до «Йоґа-сутри» виділено перший приклад «соматизації дг’яни»: таким чином виявлено семантичний перехід від ментально-орієнтованого розуміння дг’яни до тілесноспрямованої, «соматичної» концепції, коли акцент уваги в йозі був зміщений від когнітивності до тілесності. Забезпечення енергетичної безпеки України в умовах гібридних загроз.

One of the defining features of the ability of society to update, upgrade, transition from traditional to modern structure is the formation of women’s activity in different areas. Today, social and cultural equality between men and women is a matter of equality of human existence. It is known that the position of woman in society represents the valid level of civilization of the one or another social community, and unmistakably reflects the level of commitment to the principles of humanism, equality (...) and democracy by its members. By exposing to criticizm traditional patriarchal concept of socio-cultural development of mankind, modern feminism has put forward an alternativeto it, in which woman appears as an active and equal with men the subject of social process. Feminism is focused the main attention on the abolition and identifying of discriminatory practices to women, its main task is the liberation of women from restrictions imposed by the men, and providing them with equal opportunities in society. Therefore, the increasing of public attention to the important issues of social modernization – the emancipation of the individual, consciousness by the woman of her nature and opportunities, and also lively discussions and controversial assessments of these processes actualize the research of the formation and development of feminism as a theory and practice. In this article research interest is focused directly on the development and transformation of feminist ideas, concepts and movements in the context of sociological theorizing. Feminism having the almost two centuries history, as a theory and as a practice, is still continues to develop and transform. Having arisen in the XVIII century, for today feminism has not gained clear universally accepted definition. In the twentieth century feminism from the practice of social and political movement for the equal rights for women turned into a phenomenon of general cultural scale with expanded philosophical concept. At the end of the last century feminism has advocated for the revision of relations between genders because of radical changes in the living conditions of people that occurred under the influence of such factors as globalization, the spread of education, improving women’s and men’s consciousness, strengthening the legal and financial independence of women. In the modern stage the female factor is significant and requires a rethinking of the foundations of civilization. Therefore, in the third millennium to the fore come a fundamentally new issues determining the women’s place in the modern society, without solution of which it is impossible a further human progress. У статті мова йде відносно аналізу категорій «загальнолюдське» та «класове» у широкому філософському та гуманістичному сенсі і відносно аспектів здійснення цих категорій стосовно до категорій «освіта» та «виховання» у вузькому сенсі. Розглядаються проблемні питання методології та діалектики взаємодії категорій «загальнолюдське» та «класове». Показується актуальність розробки принципів «субординованої діалектики» у нових умовах розвитку виховно-освітніх відношень. Також категорії «освіта» та «виховання» розглядаються, з одного боку, як конкретно-історичні, тобто класові, принципи формування особистості, а з другого боку, як конкретно-визначені стадії загальнолюдського процесу розвитку людини.

The Soviet ideology treated natural science as one of its cornerstones and provided the state support for philosophical studies of science. Their main aims were to prove its intellectual superiority and to demonstrate its scientific character. Do these studies have some positive results and resources for surviving in post-Soviet times? The chapter gives the overview of present situation in Ukrainian analytical studies of science and indicates some perspectives of their developments. The article explicates platonic concept of family in the sacral and symbolic dimension. The notion of hierophany is the key to understanding the family in Platonism. Having analyzed Plato’s dialogues ‘Phaedrus’, ‘Symposium’, ‘Republic’, ‘Laws’, it was concluded than Platonism makes soteriological impact on the perception of marriage. Salvation in platonism can be realized when a personal or collective is established in the Good and there is a sacral and symbolic marriage that unites the soul and Good or a community of (...) souls and Good. These both identifid aspects are clearly visible in the works of Christian Platonists. (shrink)

Dealt with methodological and conceptual correlation between anthropic and universalistic installations of scientifi thinking in the post-non-classic epoch. It is shown that the post-non-classic age of science responds to reductionism’s cognitive motivation in order to cleanse the whole knowledge of anthropic inclusions. Now it is not possible to decide whether such a situation in the future, or on the contrary, motivation using unitary in irrelevant motivation of local area plan. The article is devoted to revealing the essence and the basic characteristics of social and communicative interaction. The role of understanding in the formation of social and communicative interaction is being defined. The conceptualization of the term «interaction» has been performed; the basic approaches to understanding the concepts of «action» and «interaction» in the sociological and socio-philosophical have been discoursed. The concept of interaction has been studied by many scientists in social and philosophical discourse. One of the most famous researches (...) belongs to M. Weber, who proposed to consider the concept of social action in terms of rational expediency, which is not always possible to apply analyzing social and communicative interaction, particularly in the present online space where irrational factors often become very important. The significance of a particular event or situation, values and cultural factors, not fitting into the circle of rational expediency in some way determine virtual reality, particularly in the online gaming community in Ukraine. In this context the category of understanding becomes important, through the prism of its analysis the possibility of understanding the causes and motives of individuals who interact on the Internet raises. The category of understanding has been chosen to comprehend the causes and motives of individuals who interact in online communities. For sociology of understanding rational objective accuracy appears as a particular ideal type regarding the empirical behavior. Considering the «wrong type» of behavior the concept of «significance» becomes important. In this case, the crucial distance between certain «wrong type» of behavior and what is considered «significant» plays a decisive role. If the ideal type is created on the basis of obvious for understanding connections, it is considered a «significant» norm. Indeed, «what exactly the right type should be considered as an ideal one depends on relation to values». For sociology the defining principle research is to identify dominant ideas of people about «meaning» and «significance» of certain phenomena. The concept of «understanding» is the key concept of hermeneutics, the science of understanding texts, situations, events and more. The analysis of the concept of a «hermeneutic circle», which presents a circular structure of understanding, has been done. In accordance with the hermeneutical circle «the whole must be understood the basis of partial and the partial – on the basis of the whole». The concept of understanding was analyzed by W. Dilthey, who identified two classes of science: «natural sciences» and «human sciences». Explanation of external expertise is typical for «the natural sciences». Instead, understanding of spiritual integrity is inherent to «human sciences». In the context, the essence of «understanding» is in constructing meanings of certain events, phenomena and so on. It is sated that understanding is the foundation of social and communicative interaction. The concept of understanding, correlating with the notion of importance, is inseparable from the process of meaning development. It is argued that understanding is the process of meaning production, which constructs a certain meaning for participants of social and communicative interaction, depending on the value and importance of certain interactions.
